1. Yifu's master, Zhou Wutai - Elder of Baiyun Sect, Late Nascent Soul Stage (周武泰 - 白云宗长老, 元婴后期) appears, asking Yifu what happened.
2. Yifu complaints about his natal evil spirit has been broken by a "mortal-in-disguise", requesting his master to take vengeance in his state. His master replenish/repair his natal spirit.
3. Yifu said he was chasing a "thief" (Xu Tao) from the prince mansion and found him to have accomplices outside, using the "mortal-in-disguise" as shield to injure him (LOL asshole disciple), so he had to escape otherwise his master won't be able to see him anymore.
3. They both decided to take a walk and visit about this "mortal-in-disguise".
4. The other disciples scoffs off as they said none of what Yifu saying is true. And the master always favors him regardless, and treating him like a spoil brat/son.
Cutscene (1):
1. Zhou Wutai and Yifu arrived at the destination.
2. Yifu thought to himself about making the "mortal" having a death without any burial.
3. Yifu's master bought him a monkey candy, reminiscing of the past - where Yifu used to be bullied in his younger days.
Cutscene (2): Wang Lin's shop
1. A recovered Xu Tao, explained to Wang Lin of what happen.
2. Xu Tao blamed the rain caudron, saying that the prince accidentally obtain a treasure called Yuding. It was said the folk treasures must be handed over. The prince was betrayed by a traitor when the prince hid it away. And the news reached Zhou Wutai's ears; and an order to kill the prince was sent. The prince offer to return the cauldron but couldn't escape death penalty. All allies refuses to aid the prince. So Xu Tao had no choice but to ask Wang Lin's aid on the matter.
3. As Xu Tao about to leave, Zhou Wutai and Yifu arrived at Wang Lin's shop.
4. Zhou Wutai have a drink with Wang Lin while unleashing his intent realm. Wang Lin understood his artistic conception about raising Yifu like a son, only to have him killed in hundred years later. (LOL, that sounds like Thanos sacrificing his daughter for his gain).
5. Zhou Wutai was shocked with his understanding.
6. Xu Tao was also surprised to hear Wang Lin's saying so few words, and able to prevent Zhou Wutai pursuit against the royals. Because everyone tried but failed.
7. Zhou Wutai left with Yifu. While Yifu was stunned to hear that he will die due to a certain death.
Seasons past.. then 5 years later (五年后)..
1. Wang Lin visit Daniu's family. It's shown that Daniu's father has past away.
2. Wang Lin place a scarlet flower (lycoris)* on Daniu's father, gave his respects. And said that since Daniu's father is not religious person, so he can only re-enter reincarnation differently, but the flower will help solidify his soul and reincarnate into good home. Daniu's father soul manifest and floats, as Xiaoniu witness his grandfather floating above.
3. Wang Lin reminisce his time with the Zeng's family happiness and grievance, suddenly his soul float above and reaches near Tian Yun Planet.
Cutscene (3): Tian Yun Planet
The All-Seer, Tianyunzi (天运子), finding Wang Lin having profound understanding about life and death domain, despite being just a nascent soul cultivator. Tianyunzi hinted that it would take a million years to find the Dao origins, because by then the body would decayed, and destined to death. Tianyunzi is happy and would want to make Wang Lin as his disciple of Heavenly Fate Sect/Tianyunxing if he can get out of Planet Suzaku, and unravel the hundred years of the true path. Tianyunzi sends Wang Lin back to his shop.
Cutscene (4): Wang Lin's shop
1. Wang Lin was relieved that Tianyunzi sends him back otherwise he would get lost in the reincarnation realm.
2. Wang Lin starts carving again. And suddenly he understood his journey and was able to complete his wooden sculpture to a complete level.
3. The next day, Wang Lin sees how Daniu's business is getting better, and even share his blacksmith trade with others.
4. Xiaoniu ran out the house and said to his father that he wants to learn wood sculpting than blacksmith. An old scene of Daniu in his younger days appears in Wang Lin's memories. Daniu told Wang Lin to stop drinking everyday.
5. Wang Lin nodded with a smile.
Another set of seasons passing, time flew by, and reaches 6 years later (六年后)
1. Xiaoniu has grown up, but still taking candies from Wang Lin
2. The next day, an immortal came to check on Xiaoniu and find his bones to be strong and wanted to take him as his disciple; Daniu and his wife agreed. Xiaoniu left with the immortal.
Snow came early before the New Year..
1. Wang Lin notice something amiss about the snowflake that has a killing intent.
2. A thunderous lightning appears and strikes the tower
3. Wang Lin revert to his younger self to inspect the situation and tries to break the formation.
4. A vermilion bird apparition appears, and a man stands along ..

*Lycoris
Scarlet flowers usually bloom near cemeteries around the autumnal equinox, they are described in Chinese and Japanese translations of the Lotus Sutra as ominous flowers that grow in Diyu (also known as Hell), or pinyin: Huángquán (traditional Chinese: 黃泉; simplified Chinese: 黄泉), and guide the dead into the next reincarnation.
When the flowers of Lycoris bloom, their leaves would have fallen; when their leaves grow, the flowers would have wilted. This habit gave rise to various legends. A famous one is the legend of two elves: Mañju (曼珠; Mànzhū), who guarded the flower, and Saka (沙華; 沙华; Shāhuá), who guarded the leaves. Out of curiosity, they defied their fate of guarding the herb alone and managed to meet each other. At first sight, they fell in love with each other. God, exasperated by their waywardness, separated the miserable couple, and laid a curse on them as a punishment: the flowers of Mañju shall never meet the leaves of Saka again.
It was said that when the couple met after death in Diyu, they vowed to meet each other after reincarnation. However, neither of them could keep their word.
In commemoration of the couple, some call the herbs "mañjusaka" (曼珠沙華; 曼珠沙华), a compound of "mañju" and "saka", instead of their standard name, shísuàn (石蒜). The same kanji name is used in Japanese, where it is pronounced manju-shage.
Some other legends have it that when a person sees someone that they may never meet again, these flowers would bloom along the path. Perhaps because of these sorrowful legends, Japanese people often used these flowers in funerals. The common Japanese name for Lycoris, higanbana (彼岸花), is literally "higan (the far shore of the Sanzu River) flower", or a decorative flower of the afterlife in Sukhavati (極楽浄土, Gokuraku Jyōdo).
